With chicken legs confit, and a lemon-thyme compound butter


 Broccoli Rabe Raviolis
Made with broccoli rabe, house-made ricotta, lemon and basil, folded in tomato-flavored pasta, and simmered in a leek and pine nut sauce 



 The Winter Salad
Consisting of crisp escarole, pan-roasted apples, tempura onion ring, aged Idiazabal sheep's cheese, tossed with candied bacon, and a Sherry-Dijon vinaigrette



 Smoked Salt & Pepper Seared U-10 Sea Scallops
Balanced on a dill-lemon quinoa cake, with roasted Brussel sprouts and a plum & chili glaze


Pumpkin Seed & Lime Butter Roasted Codfish
Topped with a horseradish gremolata, on a bed of campfire-roasted fingerling potatoes, and green bean French fries



Panko-Crusted Goffle Poultry Farm Chicken Cutlet
Locally-raised chicken from Wyckoff, NJ, skillet-seared and served with Honey-Bell orange salsa, and an Alsatian onion tart


Roaming Acres Farm Apple-Braised Pork
Locally-raised pork from Lafayette, NJ, on a pastry shop-baked biscuit, and topped with a fried egg, and served with a cauliflower puree



 Warm Toffee Banana Sticky Pudding
Made with walnuts and dates, topped with a caramel sauce and house-made vanilla ice cream


Chocolate Trio
Chocolate raspberry truffle, salted chocolate sable cookie, and a milk chocolate & hazelnut Napoleon
