With roasted tomato, lime and homemade cilantro pasta shells


 Serrano Ham & Manchego Croquetas
Displayed with a dipping sauce of smoked lemon and chili aioli



 The Winter Salad
Lacinato Kale and shaved Brussel sprouts, tossed with roasted butternut squash, matchstick gruyere, Romano cheese, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil, topped with a crispy onion ring



 Maine Lobster Salad Roll
On a toasted New England roll with lemon-thyme, Old Bay dusted waffle chips


CodFish "Fra Diavlo"
Codfish, rubbed and baked with parsley pesto, set on a bed of house-made roasted yellow pepper spaghetti with a classic Jersey Shore spicy Red Clam sauce



Dried Apricot & Golden Raisin Braised Beef Brisket
Thinly sliced and sharing the plate with Russet potato scallion soufflé and broccolini with crispy lemon crumbs


"Free Bird" Chicken Legs Confit
G Rolled in a sweet potato crepe, along with braised Savoy cabbage and caramelized onions, resting on whipped Vermont white cheddar mashed potatoes and a mango  frisee salad



 Black Sesame Seed Banana Cake
Served with a smooth cashew cream


 Chocolate Walnut Flour-less Cake
Served with a house-made sour cream ice cream
