 Lemon-Thyme Gnocchi
With a variety of wild mushrooms, Asiago cheese and white truffle oil


 Grilled Eggplant Lasagna
With kitchen-made pasta spinach sheets, grilled Black Beauty Eggplant, homemade ricotta cheese, Romano seared yellow tomatoes and presented in a pool of fresh tomato coulis



 The Winter Salad
Romaine lettuce with European cucumbers, oven-dried grape tomatoes, kalamta olives, radishes and feta cheese, dressed with a lemon-oregano vinaigrette



 Shrimp Bisque
Classically prepared bisque topped with lemon and basil grilled shrimp and tarragon whipped cream


Orange Zest and Chive Seared Swordfish
Placed over a bed of shaved fennel and blood orange salad surrounded by poached baby purple potatoes rolled in garlic butter



Oriental Braised Chicken Thighs
Balanced over steamed jasmine rice flavored with preserved ginger and cilantro and finished with tempura dipped sugar snap peas and sweet onions


Lamb Loin Chops
Grilled with Middle Eastern spices and served on a four-grain salad, smothered with apricot and sundried tomato relish with a citrus-yogurt sauce on the side
